Our first contact with H Dias Construction was prior to awarding the team with UCL Wolfson House basement refurbishment.

After meeting with Heverton Dias, the Managing Director and Renata Hylmarova, the Estimator, it was clear a good relationship could easily be built and we awarded the contract to H Dias Construction.

I have never considered I had made a mistake by going with this developing company. They were flexible, hard working, willing and available to discuss issues.

H Dias were rewarded by negotiating further projects with us, Charing Cross Hospital to name the last. Despite having to work in occupied hospital premises the team delivered works within time frame and to a high standard of quality. They were reliable, dedicated and worked with the site team to achieve a successful completion. We will not hesitate to employ the team of H Dias on our future projects and would be happy to recommend them to other contractors.
